For reference, I’m 5’9” and about 225lbs. I got an XL. Product came on time. Perfect out of the package, no bad seams or loose threads. I had seen a bad review and was nervous but my bibs were perfect.I live in eastern Kentucky and it’s 24 degrees as I wrote this review. I’ve worn these hunting, outside clearing snow and now to work. I learned fast you don’t do 3 layers in these. Just wear your long Jane’s and you’re good. I’m assuming 2 base layers is too much separation and doesn’t allow it to reflect your body heat properly, I got chilly sitting still first day but then I went down to one pair of thermals and it’s great! I don’t recommend joggers underneath. Tried that for snow removal a couple days ago and I was SWEATING!The front has a vent zipper so when you get hot, just zip up and there’s mid section relief. Sides zip and button all the way to mid thigh. Button front and back pockets with adjustable shoulder straps. I like that these are made for the female body, fits my chest great. My only con and if you’ve worn bibs, it’s not really. They ride up, not down. I had a pair of men’s redhead bibs and they just hung on me. Always weighing me down, but warm and dry. These artic shield don’t slide down my hips, if any travel happens, they go up. I loosened my shoulder straps hoping to get them down just a little more, but it didn’t really work. Wearing too many layers was uncomfortable but once I went with one base layer, it’s much better. They cinch at the waist a little so I guess it’s just part of properly fitting attire. I’ll take it tho. These bibs keep me warm and dry. I can tolerate sitting inside as long as it’s not too awful warm, but I never get cold outside. I honestly love these bibs. 10/10 would recommend.
