I am wondering what is going on with Naot sizing??? Another pair I ordered was a bit loose!? I’ve been wearing Naots for years and never had a problem with sizing.I have several pair of Naot sandals from the Elegance collection. These sandals have a narrower strap and seems to fit tighter across the foot than the other sandals that I have. I am slowly wearing them longer periods of time and therefore I feel they are stretching out some. Arch support is great.If you have a narrow foot these would fit very well.I bought this sandal 5 yrs ago and unfortunately because this shoe runs small, I had to order another pair exactly. I ordered the 40 which is equivalent to a size 8 and a half. You will need this extra room if you wear a 8 normally. It is a beautiful shoe, and you will get a lot of compliments. It is so comfortable as well. I will be wearing this shoe forever.Love this shoe. Very comfortable. Arrived very quickly.
